Good view, family atmosphere, warm rooms. Staff were cooperative all the time. Top-notch service, everything was fairly clean. The bed was soft and reasonably large. Bathroom was good size, thank you for a shower, hair dryers and a bidet. I appreciated the simple location that is near the city center, the centre of Bologna, Bologna, but the area was extremely busy.
